What I will do is help you to determine your goals and work with you in a positive and non-judgmental way to help you to achieve them. I will not advise you on what to do in your life. My aim is to enable you to find your own solutions.
Please note that due to the Covid 19 situation initial consultations and sessions can and are being held over the internet via Zoom and have proved very successful. Consultations and sessions can now also be done face to face at our consulting rooms with all the necessary PPE and protective protocols followed to ensure maximum safety for clients and therapist and in a safe environment.
